Here at Origin, we simply refuse to stop innovating. One of our recent major developments has been the creation of our very own aseptic filling facility. This means that as well as having the expertise and capability to design and develop your unique pharma and healthcare primary packaging solutions, we can also fill and label the units for you.
Thanks to our newly fitted, in-house ISO 5 commercial aseptic filling cleanrooms, we can now fulfil all of your requirements under one roof. This saves you time,
money and stress whilst offering the peace of mind that everything is being delivered by a trusted team of pharmaceutical experts.
New line of child-resistant jars
Our primary packaging specialists have recently launched a range of 125ml-250ml child-resistant jars for storing dried flowers. These pharmaceutical-grade HDPE jars come with compatible child-resistant closures, making them a truly reliable solution for preventing accidental ingestion by curious kids.
Certified to ISO8317 and 16CFR, the jars are available in opaque white and black. We can also produce them in any custom colour of your choosing, allowing you to align these child-resistant jars with your wider brand.
Manufactured in our dedicated clean room facility and ideal for dried cannabis, the design of these jars is optimised for adult usability whilst enhancing child resistance. Request a free sample today.

Greater quality through ISO 13485 accreditation
The pharmaceutical and healthcare worlds are constantly changing, which is why Origin makes sure to never remain stagnant. Another recent achievement is the gaining of ISO 13485 accreditation, which shows that an organisation involved in the design, and production of medical devices is working to the highest standards.

Opening of impressive storage facilities
Origin has also significantly increased its stockholding capabilities through the opening of additional storage facilities. Located in Scunthorpe, the site boasts 86,000 sq. ft of versatile space, which complements our original 25,000 sq. ft site in Melton, East Yorkshire. Housed within the enormous facilities are 4,900 fully barcoded pallet spaces, a 20,000 sq. ft holding area and four loading bays.
The new storage facilities use a state-of-the-art warehouse management system, which ensures that we can fulfil client orders both within the UK and internationally at tremendous speed. As well as a sound investment in long-term business growth, the additional storage facilities also protect Origin and its customers against the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and Brexit.
