Versatile aseptic filling capabilities
Our range of specialist filling equipment is very impressive, as we have the capability to fill countless units very quickly. Examples include sample transport tubes in both standard (7ml / 12 x 80mm) and large (10ml / 16 x 100mm) sizes, with optional swab cap capture available.
If you’re looking for a bespoke liquid filling service, we can tailor to your exact specifications and requirements by designing and manufacturing special tubes. In addition, talk to us about fulfilling your additional technical filling needs , such as a nitrogen purge or any other specific requirement.
Tailored labelling and packaging
If you require barcodes, unique identifiers and/or branded labelling added to your units, Origin can provide them as part of a comprehensive primary packaging service. We can even manufacture kits and bulk packs, resulting in a finished product that’s ready to be despatched to your customer base.
Sophisticated stockholding facilities
We offer significant stockholding capabilities in the form of two storage sites. Our original facility covers 25,000 sq. ft in Melton, East Yorkshire and our newest site boasts 86,000 sq. ft of versatile space in Scunthorpe. These sophisticated storage facilities use a state-of-the-art warehouse management system, which ensures that we can fulfil client orders both within the UK and internationally at tremendous speed.
