Can I qualify and audit Origin Packaging Ltd?
At Origin, we value transparency and accountability. We recognise the importance many of our clients place on qualifying us as an approved supplier.
We welcome the opportunity to support our clients through this process and have available a Self-Assessment Questionnaire for speedy response to supplier qualification requests.
Subject to qualifying criteria, we also support desktop or virtual audits and, where required, site audits where we can demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards.

Who should I contact for quality-related questions?

Can you provide a Certificate of Conformity (CoC)?
A CoC is issued by the manufacturer or related authorised party to state that the product meets required quality standards or specifications.
All our products can be supplied with a CoC.
These are emailed at the point of dispatch: please notify us and provide us with an email address and we can set this up for you.
Are your products child-safe?
