To support this journey, we’re looking for a Digital Services (IT) Admin Support who will keep our IT running smoothly and help us get smarter every day.
About the Role
You’ll be the coordinator and enabler of our IT services, working closely with:
- Our Managed Service Provider (MSP), who handle day-to-day Operational IT.
- Our technical Production IT partners, who support SAP B1 and other business-critical systems.
You won’t just “log tickets” — you’ll ensure requests are properly managed, systems stay reliable, and staff get the support they need. At the same time, you’ll be curious, creative, and solutions-oriented: spotting opportunities to streamline, simplify, automate, and improve how we work.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate IT requests and track progress with MSP and Production IT partners.
- Provide local hands-on support (hardware setup, device swaps, connectivity checks).
- Act as gatekeeper for business system requests — ensuring quality, control, and best practice.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, licences, tickets, and documentation.
- Support testing, rollouts, and improvements for new digital projects.
- Champion continuous improvement — suggesting and implementing smarter ways of working.

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00 – £32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
