Position Statement
The role forms part of the Quality Team structure at Origin and will support and administer quality related activities and procedures associated with satisfying regulatory and business GMP, ISO 9001, ISO15378, and BRCGS requirements.
The role will effectively conduct key administrative quality tasks to support internal operations and customer issues and queries that arise on a day-to-day basis including supporting customer queries, maintaining supplier documentation, and providing support for goods in quality checks.
Performance Objectives
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and maintenance of QA documentation (e.g., SOPs, checklists, logs).
- Support meetings, audits, training sessions, and reviews.
- Support the tracking and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Organise and manage electronic QA documents, ensuring version control, accessibility document logs.
- Input and update QA data in spreadsheets, databases, or quality management systems (QMS).
- Assist in gathering and organising documentation for audits or inspections.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, and external suppliers to gather required documentation or updates.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the QA team’s daily operations.
- To develop new skills and knowledge appropriate to the role and demonstrate continuous improvement appropriate to the quality and business objectives.

Qualification / Certificates / Licenses
- Minimum GCSE grade 5 in Maths and English
- Full driving license an advantage

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
